FYI:  Holidays we observe by closing our studio are:  New Year's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th & 5th of July , Labor Day Weekend, Evening classes on Oct 31st, Thanksgiving weekend, and two-weeks at Christmas . Spring Schedule began April 1st!  ; Summer Schedule begins on June 1st!

What do I wear?

  •     Most people wear attire similar to other types of exercise. Tights, leggings, or unitard and a tank top or t-shirt.

  •     Avoid loose baggy clothes, as it is important that your teacher is able to quickly assess your alignment.  If your pants cover your ankles you may be asked to roll up your pant legs so the teacher can see your ankle position.

  •     You want to be able to bend and move freely, also you want to maintain your modesty during your practice.

  •     We practice Yoga with bare feet, so come to class with clean feet. It's acceptable to wear socks, but we ask that you remove them for the standing poses to prevent slipping.

Note:   If you have medical concerns regarding your feet and going bare foot is not comfortable for you, you can wear socks with rubber on the soles, or in some cases, your rubber sole shoes (as long as they are not shoes you will be wearing outside).
