Sue Miller, RN, Hatha Yoga Teacher
Sue became interested in yoga at 19 and the practice and study has inspired her life. She has been influenced by the teachings of Swami Satchidananda, Parmahansa Yogananda, Mr.Iyengar, and Rama Joyti Vernon. She frequently attends Yoga conferences and gathers pearls of wisdom from every teacher she has the honor to be with. Sue continues her work as an RN at Redding Medical Center. She recently became a licensed Practitioner at the Church of Religious Science and is currently enrolled in a Masters Teachers Program with the American Yoga College. In the near future, she will complete the Cardiac Yoga Teachers Certification and has plans to teach yoga to cardiac patients through the Cardiac Rehab Program at Redding Medical Center. Sue's array of teaching experience has included programs for preschoolers, teens, and pregnant mothers; also for the women’s refuge, senior citizens, college students, special retreats, and Private Yoga studios. Sue states, “I am grateful to be teaching at the House of Yoga and am enjoying the loving atmosphere and dedicated focus of the people coming to practice. I hold the deepest respect for each teacher here”. The feeling is mutual, Sue!
