FYI:  Holidays we observe by closing our studio are:  New Year's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th & 5th of July , Labor Day Weekend, Evening classes on Oct 31st, Thanksgiving weekend, and two-weeks at Christmas . Spring Schedule began April 1st!  ; Summer Schedule begins on June 1st!

Balasana (Child's Pose)
Balasana is a restful pose that can be sequenced between more challenging asanas.

Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend)
A forward bend for all levels of students, Janu Sirsasana is also a spinal twist.

Paschimottanasana (Extreme West [back] side stretch)
Literally translated as "intense stretch of the west," Paschimottanasana can help a distracted mind unwind.

Uttanasana (Intense Stretch)
Despite its name, which means "intense stretch" pose, Uttanasana will wake up your hamstrings and soothe your mind.
