FYI:  Holidays we observe by closing our studio are:  New Year's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th & 5th of July , Labor Day Weekend, Evening classes on Oct 31st, Thanksgiving weekend, and two-weeks at Christmas . Summer Schedule began on June 1st!  ...Fall classes begin Sept 1st!

The House of Yoga's programs taught by Tamara Davis, Sports Exercise Physiologist, can work with you individually or with a team to develop a program that complements your sport. We can even design a yoga warm-up and cool down that you can continue on your own before and after you play or train. We're here to get teams and individuals more focused and enhance their performance.

Tamara and the House of Yoga provide expert yoga instruction. The practice combines flowing movement sequences with slow sustained stretches and held poses. Much emphasis is placed on breath-work and mind/body awareness.
